  My father and I had a wonderful time at saute in Clarkston. The food was presented beautifully and well within a timely manner. The atmosphere was a classic Chicago style bistro with a modern twist that has brought a much needed touch of class to the valley. Their down stairs bar was breath taking. If I could change one thing it would be more handmade bread because it was so darn good. Thank you saute I'm looking forward to seeing what else you've got instore.

  Sauté is definitely the best restaurant in the Lewis-Clark Valley. I have had the pleasure of eating there numerous times over the past 6 months and I've kept coming back because of the excellent food and service. The menu is well planned with selections ranging from inexpensive pasta dishes to French rack of lamb. At all levels the food is exceptionally prepared. I love the changing menus and weekend specials. The downstairs bar area has got a great ambiance and a very good growing list of bottles! I highly recommend it.
